Operations Specialist

About the Job

• Freight negotiations with Shipping Lines.
• Growing booking of business increasing volume, revenue, and gross margin from established and new customers.
• Handling of documentation during freight processes.
• Organize shipments with branch offices, suppliers, and customers.
• Perform and implement all custom clearance activities such as following upcoming shipment, document transactions, and day-to-day related activities in accordance with the objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Males are preferred
• Excellent Microsoft office skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in marketing, business, communications, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Very positive attitude.
