You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere hiring a proactive and resultsdriven Account Manager to spearhead the growth and activation of our lubricants brands Wolf and Champion in Poland.
This role requires to be deeply engaged with the market capable of building and nurturing strong relationships with distributors key accounts garages workshops and other stakeholders.
You will focus on managing distributor relationships codeveloping strategies to drive sales and brand awareness and actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
You will also represent the company at market fairs and exhibitions to enhance visibility and expand networks.
This role offers opportunities for growth with potential to expand responsibilities and contribute to larger initiatives as you demonstrate success and drive impact.
Your key responsibilities not limitative:
Collaborate with distributors and key accounts to develop and execute strategies that drive sales brand awareness and market share growth.
Actively engage with garages workshops and distributor branches to promote product sellout provide technical training and address customer needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities expanding the customer base in the garage and workshop segments.
Partner with the marketing team and distributors to execute localized campaigns support new product launches and represent the company at fairs and exhibitions.
Foster alignment between distributors garages and internal teams to achieve business goals monitor market trends and share actionable insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate combines strong sales expertise with excellent relationshipbuilding skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
