Job Description
- Responsible for machine setting operation and cleaning of machines as per the operating instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Responsible to meet the pilot production schedule and adherence to the delivery timeline.
- Execution of pilotbio/ clinical trial/ trial batches as per manufacturing inteructions.
- Responsible to record process paratmeters during batches manufacturingonline documentation log books and status labeling.
- Adherence to quality safety procedures & policies at manufacturing sites.
- Responsible for calibration of the instruments as per the schedule and applicable procedure.
- Responsible for carrying out the inprocess checks as per the instructions in the batch production record.
- Responsible for upkeep of the pilot production area.
- Responsible for strict adherence to cGMP requirements and compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Responsible to follow practices as per relevant SOPs.
- To support qualification of equipment and instruments and release for regular usage.
- Responsible for line clearance procedure of equipment and area.
- To follow personal hygiene safety requirements and discipline on the shop floor.
- To follow applicable SHE procedures at work place.
- Ready to work in oncology & nononcology formulation oral solid dosage forms.
Qualifications :
ITI/ diploma/BE in any discipline with 36 years of experience in Oral Solid dosage forms in pharmaceutical industry.
