About the Kitchen Porter role;
- Ensure that cutlery crockery pots pans and kitchen utensils are kept clean and hygienic at all times
- The ability to work in a fastpaced and physically demanding role
- To work efficiently and to keep within time frames
- Ensure bins are used for the correct waste supporting recycling and promoting good waste management
- Working safely by following HACCP and Food Hygiene regulations
- To assist the chefs with essential food preparation as required including peeling and chopping vegetables
Hours of work:
- This is a fulltime role working 40 hours per week
- Straight shifts no split shifts!
Working either or a combination of the following shifts:
7.30am 4.00pm
12.30pm 9.00pm
3.00pm 11.30pm
Working 5 days out of 7 which could include working weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis.
Salary: 11.50 per hour
