Senior Manager Business Transformation SAP Supply Chain

In the position of Senior Manager SAP Supply Chain you are a driving force in translating supply chain processes (planning production logistics and operations) into a suitable SAP solution. You act as a bridge between business and IT to help our customers transition to the latest generation of SAP technologies such as S/4HANA IBP EWM/TM BTP ESG and SAP related AI applications. In this senior role you will bear responsibility for creating a comprehensive implementation plan and the strategy behind it. You will collaborate closely with the customer to determine how the new solution will support the supply chain transformation and ensure its deployment achieves the desired outcome. All while keeping projects within a realistic timeframe and budget.

As a member of a dedicated and experienced team you will take on a leadership role actively collaborating with supply chain experts both within and outside the team. By doing so you facilitate seamless communication and drive successful project execution.

Qualifications :

• A completed bachelors/masters degree
• 10 years of consulting experience in largescale SAP transformations (S/4HANA (MM PP PM QM etc.) IBP EWM/TM and BTP).
• Proven experience in successfully managing and implementing largescale SAP transformation projects in the context of supply chain.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a team of specialists.
• Extensive experience in leadership and team management with proven abilities to motivate and give direction to teams.
• Strong communication skills with the abilities to communicate effectively both internally and externally and build and maintain a large business network.
• Proficient in both Dutch and English
