Job Description
We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Product Designer who can create efficient and beautiful user flow for our Web and Inventory platforms. Youll collaborate crossfunctionally with product teams and stakeholders working on research testing prototyping and designing to develop intuitive and thoughtful user experience.
The ideal candidate will bring his/her experience to create world class experience for our users.
More specifically you will:
- Conduct user research analyze feedback and present findings
- Design new features for the Web platform such as check out flow research center dashboards etc.
- Enhance and improve the internal user experience for our Inventory platform.
- Convert complex problems into simple solutions by synthesizing research outcomes and ideating multiple possibilities
- Identify and define thoughtful user journeys supported by low to highfidelity wireframes user flow diagrams detailed interaction recommendations and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts
- Daily collaboration with engineering user research and product
- Participate in design reviews with crossfunctional teams to present your work and explain your visual choices and design rationale
Qualifications :
- 5 years of professional Product Design or UX/UI experience
- A portfolio with case studies demonstrating your strength in UX UI and creative problem solving
- Ability to design and share ideas with clarity and passion and to give and receive feedback with openmindedness
- Ability to think and operate in terms of design systems be it working from existing design systems evolving design systems or defining new design systems
- High proficiency using Figma
