- Analyze market trends demand patterns and competitor behaviour to develop effective revenue strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align pricing and promotional efforts.
- Utilize datadriven insights to maximize occupancy ADR and RevPAR.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports highlighting revenue performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in revenue management.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Front Office or Reservations is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detailoriented mindset with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
