The UK is one of our priority markets to deploy A2A solutions and Ireland a fast follower with different EU regulatory framework and market dynamics.
This role in Visas UK&I Product team is responsible for driving delivery and commercialisation for Visas account to account and multirail products across the UK and Ireland markets. The role will interact closely with the A2A Hub product team especially in the early phase of solution design and client validation but also closely with CS Pricing and Analytics teams as the product move into launch and lifecycle.
The successful candidate having a nuanced ability to influence and collaborate across a complex and highly matrixed organisation. This position will report to the head of Product UK&I.
Responsibilities:
Design the strategy and execute the GTM plan for A2A solutions for UK and Ireland in close collaboration with crossfunctional teams including merchant sales account executives marketing and HUB to deliver results on both sides of the issuer and acceptance ecosystem.
Help define the Visawide value proposition for clients including how other Visa solutions and products can complement accounttoaccount solutions (Wallet P2P CTP VIS/Credit etc.)
Work closely with the other UKI and Hub Product and solution teams to drive coordinated solution sales especially to integrate A2A solutions inside of the overall Product narrative.
Continue identify articulate and prioritise Product and solutions opportunities in terms of revenues potential backed with solid business case
Develop execute and monitor daytoday sales plans forecasts and performance metrics (gross/net revenue targets budgets other product metrics) and ensure alignment with the global and regional digital solutions objectives and key results (OKRs).
Report and communicate progress challenges and achievements both internally and externally and across executive levels
Maintain deep technical understanding of the A2A solutions portfolios including product roadmap underlying infrastructure stack technical specs product upgrades and new releases etc.
Collect client feedback and market requirements to drive the Global product development roadmap and GTM for Digital solutions.
Manage processes and driving decisions with Risk and Legal alongside the Hub team to ensure clear pathways for product delivery e.g. NBIA etc.
Subject to market deployment and progress grow and lead a team of product managers to deliver specialized sales and solutioning of A2A solutions to issuers tpps/acquirers merchants and partners
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
