The role of an Insurance Advisor is both dynamic and flexible providing a chance to help clients manage their unique insurance needs and secure their current and future lifestyles through personalized risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients insurance needs through detailed consultations and risk assessments.
- Provide tailored insurance solutions and expert advice on various products including life health property and casualty insurance.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of market trends policy amendments and industry regulations.
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Handle client inquiries and claims promptly ensuring effective resolution in line with company policies.
- Educate clients on policy terms conditions and premiums to ensure transparency and understanding.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement lead generation and client followups.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Native fluency in Greek and a good command of English.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Successoriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Already possessing an active selfemployment entity or willingness to setup an entity for the purposes of employment
- Prior experience in sales customer service or lead generation is desirable.
- Local to Athens or willingness to relocate.
