Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter in Greeceto support our talent acquisition efforts on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates across a variety of roles. This role requires a proactive individual who is wellversed in current recruitment trends and best practices.
The role can be held as a full time profession or even part time for indivinduals looking for additional income.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage highvolume recruitment processes sourcing and screening a large number of candidates in a short timeframe.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards social media networking and direct outreach to quickly identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate qualifications skills and experience ensuring a strong fit with job requirements and company culture.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants for ongoing and future highvolume hiring needs.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and uptodate information.
- Provide regular updates on candidate progress and hiring challenges.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in highvolume recruitment (freelance or agency preferred).
- Native in Greek and fluent in English
- Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and capable of managing highvolume recruitment independently.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Selfemployed and able to invoice.
