About the Role
Were looking for a talented and driven Project Analystto join our team and support the EVP EAP in managing all aspects of our Expanded Access Program operations. In this role youll play a key part in improving processes driving financial success and ensuring our programs deliver real value for patients. Working closely with a supportive and collaborative team youll use your analytical skills and industry knowledge to make a real difference. What will your job look like
- Support EVP EAP in all aspects of EAP operations related to data analytics and transactions
- Manage divisional finance forecasting and reporting
- Provide ad hoc reporting to EVP EAP
- Support senior management with analysing project and team performance
- Liaise with Project Management Patient Access Team and Real World Data Managers to realise efficiencies across departments and improve financial outputs
- Lead monthly invoicing activities working closely with the Project Management and finance team
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies and program enhancements related to data and reporting
- Seek ways of making programs more profitable
- Find better ways of working to improve client processes related to budgeting
- Ensure profitability of pricing structures working closely with the business development team
- Analyse influx of EAP request data in order to educate the wider industry for the benefit of patients
- Promote patient centricity throughout all programs
What will you need to succeed
- Knowledge of the drug development process and pharma industry
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Effective presentation skills relationship building and networking skill
- Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word PowerPoint Project and Visio
- Experience in Excel is essential
- Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- University degree in a STEM Subject
