Job Description: Relationship Manager Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Role: Relationship Manager Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in sales with a focus on Home Loans (HL) and LAP.
- Core Focus: Primarily focused on driving sales and business growth for Home Loans (HL).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and business development for Home Loans (HL) and LAP.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Managing the loan application and approval process ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets for HL and LAP products.
- Offering personalized financial solutions to clients based on their requirements.
- Staying updated on market trends and competitor products.
- Compensation: CTC of 3.5 LAC per annum.
- Additional Benefits: Fuel and phone allowances.
- Incentives: Performancebased incentives linked to sales and targets achieved.
