Job Title: Relationship Manager Micro LAP
Ticket Size : up to 30 LACs
CTC: Up to 3 Lakh Fuel PerformanceBased Incentives
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in LAP
Geo Limit: 50 Km
We are hiring for a leading NonBanking Financial Company (NBFC) for the role of Relationship Manager Micro LAP. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for driving the sales of Micro LAP products managing relationships with clients and ensuring the smooth execution of loan processes. This role involves acquiring new customers maintaining longterm relationships and meeting sales targets within a designated 50 km geographic area.
The position offers a competitive CTC of up to 3 Lakh plus fuel allowance and performancebased incentives. The candidate must have strong sales and negotiation skills a customercentric approach and the ability to work independently.
