Role and Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement
strategy that aligns with our B2B marketing objectives and supports our global sales teams.
GTM Alignment: Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to create and drive goto
market (GTM) plans that align with key business objectives and target markets.
Sales Tools & Systems: Implement and manage sales enablement tools and systems
ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the organization.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement
initiatives using datadriven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Collaboration with Research Team: Partner with our research team to gain insights into key
industries and personas translating those insights into actionable sales content and
messaging.
Sales & Marketing Alignment: Foster strong collaboration between sales and marketing
teams to ensure alignment on messaging goals and objectives.
Data Mining: Sourcing company and contact information to fuel sales teams with for
individual sales pursuits.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales enablement role within a B2B environment.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales strategies with
experience in the BPO or tech industry preferred.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability
to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proactivity: A selfstarter with a strong sense of initiative capable of working independently
and as part of a team.
