Job Description
- Verify logistics cost base on shipping document: Bill of Lading Invoice Packing List.
- Update billing template in system Cargo 2.5 timely.
- Detective control for payment of all entities for logistic clearance cost.
- Tracking delivery schedule for ongoing shipments.
- Prepare monthly reports per supervisors request.
- Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time.
Qualifications :
- Preferable student in last semester in university related to Logistic International Trade Supply Chain Customs Clearance.
- Good English communication skills. Japanese speaking is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word Excel PowerPoint.
- Good at Data Analysis is an advantage.
- Proactive hardworking and independent Cando attitude urge in learning and development.
- Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have a big advantage
- Good team working spirit Futurefocused Resultoriented Cando attitude willing to learn & develop
- Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
