Job summary
Manage and oversee TA department and execute recruitment of mid to senior mandates across the country in meeting business and organizational needs. You will also support the Director in the planning and implementation of talent acquisition strategies projects and branding activities.
Business metrics:

- Drive TA strategies and action plan aligned with group TA and country HRD
- Build TA core functional competencies and capabilities development
- Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract the best and brightest talents for business units/corporate functions
- Execute strategy for direct sourcing employee referrals and internal mobility
- Understand business complexities and implement sourcing strategies for niche roles including ascertaining the need for partnering executive search firms
- Establish yourself as the expert and trusted talent acquisition partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Analyze and prepare country hiring data and reports and share insights with senior management and HR leadership team
- Support the manager in promoting a culture of learning and sharing within the TA community globally this includes implementing and monitoring the progress of TA strategies to drive recruitment operational excellence and Employer Branding
- Stay current with TA market trends and best practices and contribute ideas to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
- Maintain an uptodate master list of preferred supplier list of external recruitment agencies/consultants that is comprehensive in supporting different business units and functional needs: Spoke person on behalf of DKSH during branding activity der
- Manage and control RTA dashboard pipeline screening both internal refer and external submission and branding activity
- Map the overall MCR to the pipeline and build the high attrition rate replacement per the timeline set
- Ensure the recruitment lead time per the agreed timeline

Job requirements
Functional skills and knowledge
- Experience working in large scale and complex multinational environment
- Savvy in using sourcing tools social media recruitment competencybased behavioral interviews offer management and candidate care
- Experience closing candidates for senior mandates and negotiating complex compensation packages
- Experience working with international partners in different time zones and culture
- Experience with Employer Branding and execution of Talent Acquisition operational excellence is an added bonus
- Experience recruiting for Pharmaceutical and FastMoving Consumer Goods is preferred
