Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead and inspire a team of 20 creatives. This role involves managing projects across multiple B2B and B2C brands ensuring toptier design quality while driving innovation. The ideal candidate is designfocused thrives in a collaborative environment and has C2level English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and manage a team of 20 creative professionals including designers copywriters and multimedia specialists.
- Oversee creative strategies and executions for various B2B and B2C brands ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements provide direction and deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Ensure all creative output meets the highest quality standards is delivered on time and aligns with project budgets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages creativity professional growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role with a strong design portfolio showcasing work across multiple industries and mediums.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading creative teams preferably in a B2B/B2C environment.
- Exceptional design skills and a deep understanding of visual aesthetics typography and layout.
- Excellent communication leadership and project management skills.
- C2level English proficiency is mandatory.
- Proficiency in industrystandard design software and tools.
