Summary
El Tcnico en Motores Pequeos es responsable del mantenimiento y la reparacin de motores pequeos utilizados en equipos de potencia para exteriores como cortacspedes motosierras y sopladores de nieve. Este puesto incluye diagnosticar problemas mecnicos realizar servicios de rutina y brindar soporte a los clientes tanto en persona como a travs de consultas remotas o virtuales. El tcnico asesora a los clientes sobre las reparaciones o el mantenimiento necesarios garantiza que el equipo funcione de acuerdo con las especificaciones del fabricante y mantiene una documentacin detallada del servicio para respaldar las interacciones tanto en el taller como virtuales. Los candidatos deben tener un telfono inteligente moderno con una conexin activa a Internet para gestionar eficientemente pedidos y asignaciones a travs de la aplicacin de la empresa. La competencia en el manejo de aplicaciones mviles plataformas digitales y flujos de trabajo basados en aplicaciones es esencial para ejecutar tareas y comunicarse sin problemas.
Job Specifics
- Diagnose mechanical issues in small enginepowered equipment (e.g. lawnmowers chainsaws snow blowers).
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes air filter replacements spark plug inspections and carburettor cleanings.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as belts spark plugs and fuel systems.
- Provide customers with clear explanations of necessary repairs and maintenance recommendations.
- Document service work performed and ensure accurate records are kept for each job
- Ensure all equipment meets manufacturer specifications and operates at optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic knowledge of small engine mechanics.
- 1 years of experience working with small engines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot engine issues.
Experience
- Certification in small engine repair.
- 3 years of experience in small engine maintenance and repair.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Previous customer service experience
