Job Description
People & Organization Development Support Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented professional to lead and support the development of our employees and organizational growth initiatives.
Experience
- Expert level 14 years
- In this role you will drive learning and development programs assess training needs and design knowledge enhancement solutions aligned with Individual Development Plans (IDP) and Fresh Graduate Development Plans (FGDP).
- You will collaborate with leadership to build a robust talent development strategy ensuring effective succession planning and career development activities.
- As a key advisor you will administer the Performance Management System (PMS) ensuring its effective implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
- Additionally you will analyze organizational structures culture and performance metrics to implement targeted interventions and foster a highperforming work environment.
- If you are passionate about empowering people optimizing organizational processes and cultivating future leaders join us in driving excellence and innovation within the organization.
Location Local Qatar based candidates (prefer) OR within GCC.
