Job Description
Tender Planning and Preparation
1.Develop and refine procurement strategies tailored to specific tenders.
2.Review tender documents and ensuring clarity and compliance
3.Develop criteria for vendor selection and evaluation.
Tender Administration
1.Manage the tender announcement and distribution process to ensure wide and appropriate visibility.
2.Act as the primary point of contact for all tenderrelated inquiries ensuring timely and accurate responses.
3.Facilitate the submission receipt and opening of tender responses in accordance with established protocols.
Evaluation and Negotiation
1.Coordinate the evaluation of tender submissions based on predefined criteria ensuring an unbiased and transparent selection process.
2.Lead negotiation sessions with suppliers to secure the best value addressing pricing terms and conditions and delivery schedules.
3.Prepare evaluation reports and recommendations for decisionmakers. Award and Contract Management
1.Oversee the tender award process ensuring successful bidders are notified in a professional and timely manner.
2.Coordinate the preparation and execution of contracts ensuring they reflect the terms agreed upon during negotiations.
3.Monitor contract performance ensuring compliance with terms and addressing any issues or disputes that arise.
