Job Description
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN EQUITYONLY ROLE AND THE INTERVIEWS WILL COMMENCE IN FEBRUARY 2025.
StealthMode StartUp Client is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of intuitive engaging and userfriendly experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the visual identity and usability of a cuttingedge platform ensuring seamless interaction design and alignment with the product vision.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design interaction design and visual design principles along with a passion for solving complex design challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the UI/UX design strategy for web and mobile products ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall product vision.
- Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to understand user needs behaviours and pain points.
- Create wireframes interactive prototypes and highfidelity mockups using tools like Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all digital interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with other squads to translate design concepts into functional features.
- Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design solutions and iterate based on findings.
- Ensure all designs comply with accessibility guidelines (e.g. WCAG) to create inclusive experiences.
- Provide clear design specifications and assets to development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends tools and technologies and propose improvements to the platforms design processes.
- Champion user experience principles and advocate for the importance of design in business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD and InVision.
- Excellent command of the English Language in all forms.
- Previous startup experience would be an advantage.
- Strong experience creating interactive prototypes to visualize user journeys and interface interactions.
- Experience conducting user research usability studies and A/B testing to inform design decisions.
- Experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Ability to work closely with engineering product management and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical and creative problemsolving skills with a focus on improving user experiences.
- Understanding of WCAG guidelines and designing for accessibility compliance.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work including web and mobile platforms.
