Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced YouTube and SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing YouTube content to increase engagement subscribers and reach while simultaneously implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute YouTube growth strategies including content optimization audience engagement and analytics.
- Optimize video titles descriptions tags and thumbnails to enhance searchability and viewer retention.
- Conduct keyword research to identify trends and create SEOdriven content strategies.
- Monitor YouTube analytics and SEO performance metrics providing regular reports and recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest YouTube and SEO algorithm changes and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content creation and marketing teams to align video and web content with overarching digital strategies.
- Manage SEO for company websites blogs and other online assets to maximize visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels with measurable results.
- Strong expertise in SEO including onpage and offpage optimization.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics YouTube Studio SEMrush Ahrefs or similar.
- Knowledge of YouTube algorithms and trends as well as SEO algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Video editing skills and familiarity with editing software.
- Experience with paid YouTube campaigns and PPC strategies.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and other digital marketing channels.
