Senior Development Manager

Roles and responsibilities

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of redefining entertainment and leisure landscapes in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to take on the role of Senior Development Manager (Residential/Mixed-use/Office & Commercial). In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing the development of diverse residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects, ensuring they align with our vision and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of residential/mixed-use developments, as well as office and commercial projects
• Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to assess project viability and identify opportunities
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring all projects are delivered within scope and on time
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create innovative designs and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Manage relationships with external consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate those risks effectively
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals
• Mentor and develop team members to foster professional growth and enhance team performance
• Stay informed on industry best practices and market trends to drive innovation within residential and commercial development initiatives

Desired candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Economics, Economics, or a related field
• Must have a minimum of 9-12 years of relevant Real Estate Development experience in the development of residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects - essential
• Real Estate Development (concept to handover) is essential
• Middle East experience is preferable
• Client-side (Real Estate Developer) experience is essential
• Proven track record of successful project management from conception to completion
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in project management and relevant tools
