Job Description
Embark on a transformative journey with us as a Perinatal Director. Lead our perinatal care team in delivering exceptional services and ensuring the wellbeing of expectant mothers and their newborns within our hospital community. As the Perinatal Director you will oversee and coordinate perinatal care services ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will play a crucial role in developing and implementing programs that support the health and wellness of pregnant mothers and their infants.

MustHaves
- Masterslevel preparation in nursing or related healthcare field preferred
- Required minimum 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role with fiscal and human resource management responsibility.
- Required Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Illinois.
- NCC cEFM certified
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider
- BLS and ACLS certification required within last year.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving skills to address complex healthcare challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
