Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks to the highest standard.

• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the caf area tidy ensuring cleanliness of workstations equipment and customer seating areas.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other baristas and staff to ensure smooth caf operations.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels keeping track of supplies and notifying management of inventory needs.
• Creating a Positive Experience: Ensure customers have an enjoyable visit by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus but not required.
• A passion for coffee and knowledge of different coffee types brewing methods and espresso drinks is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to detail especially when preparing and serving beverages.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
