Job Description

Position: Community App Engagement Leader

Company Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community App Engagement Leader to join our team.

Position Overview:

As the Community App Engagement Leader you will be responsible for driving user engagement and retention strategies for our community app. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining a strong community within the app ensuring that users are actively engaged and satisfied with their experience. This is a fulltime position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement user engagement strategies to increase app usage and retention rates

Monitor app performance and user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive user engagement

Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of engaging and relevant content on the app

Engage with users and respond to their feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Analyze data and metrics to track the success of engagement initiatives and make datadriven decisions

Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in user engagement and community building

Identify and implement new features and functionalities to enhance the user experience and drive engagement

Work closely with the product development team to provide user insights and feedback for future updates and enhancements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management user engagement or a related role

Proven track record of driving user engagement and retention in a community or social media platform

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

Experience with social media management and content creation

Familiarity with app analytics and user behavior tracking tools

Passion for building and fostering online communities

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong project management and organizational skills

Experience in the talent acquisition or HR industry is a plus
