Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Crowdsourcing Recruiter to join our team on a fulltime basis. In this role you will be responsible for leading our crowdsourcing recruitment efforts and ensuring the timely and successful placement of candidates for our clients. You will play a key role in driving our companys growth and success by identifying and attracting top talent from various online platforms and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective crowdsourcing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients
Utilize various online platforms and communities to identify and engage potential candidates
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the progress of recruitment efforts
Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates and assess their skills and qualifications
Coordinate and manage the interview process including scheduling feedback collection and offer negotiation
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in crowdsourcing recruitment
Train and mentor junior recruiters to improve their skills in crowdsourcing recruitment
Participate in networking events and conferences to promote our company and attract potential clients and candidates
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment with at least 2 years of experience in crowdsourcing recruitment
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a variety of roles through crowdsourcing
Strong understanding of online platforms and communities for crowdsourcing recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
Experience in training and mentoring junior recruiters is a plus
