Job Description

Our client is hiring a passionate and experienced IT Sales Executive with deep understanding of the IT software landscape (in particular ERP) and technical understanding of IT Services in order to identify his/her customer problem areas and help solve those problems using our clients service offerings. The Sales Executive will be assigned to a specific territory and will be responsible for few existing customers and expected to acquire new customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed


Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of successful experience as an Account Manager Key Account Manager Sales Account Manager Junior Account Manager or relevant role preferably in consulting or software company
  • Bachelors degree in STEM subjects. Postgraduate degree in business (MBA) preferred.
  • Strong understanding and awareness of IT services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of digital transformation trends and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
