- Maintain report for EB consumption office consumables and expense
- Managing petty cash R&M cost and reimbursements
- Invoice receipt and booking to finance for all admin scope work vendors
- Fire safety and other trainings arrangement to team
- Managing critical assets like server UPS and DG and remote coordination with IT team
- IT coordination Access control system IT assets record maintenance
- CCTV monitoring and controlling 24x7 CCTV report supervision
- Monthly provisions and submitting expense invoices for office
- New vendor registrations quotations negotiations logistic coordination eway bill creation
- Support/Vendor staff CLRA audit quarterly basis for HR requirement.
- Approaching govt officials for office related permissions and tax payments and forms submission
- Business continuity preparations & Overall administration SPOC for Chennai business unit
