Job Description
- Hold Cisco CCNA or CCNP certifications (or possess equivalent knowledge).
- Demonstrate proficiency in Cisco enterprise technologies including Routing/Switching Security and Collaboration.
- Provide remote design and technical validation support for solutions.
- Utilize Cisco tools for quoting and configuration (Cisco CCW).
- Troubleshoot technical requirements or gaps in client designs.
- Maintain excellent phone and email communication skills for direct client engagements.
