Job Description
$2000 Sign on Bonus
Internal transfers and new grad hires are not eligible for a signon bonus
3 South is a 16bed observation unit. This is a fastpaced unit/environment with patients that will be considered observation status. Patients will have a wide variety of different diagnoses/illnesses. Nurses on this unit must be able to assess and coordinate patients discharge planning with many different disciplines. The RN on this unit will need to understand that there will be rapid evaluations of patients to determine safe discharge or possible movement to an inpatient unit.

Qualifications :
Required:
- Nursing students who have completed one clinical rotation
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certified Medical Assistant Emergency Medical Technician or nursing school students with one semester of clinical completed
- CPR Basic Life Support
- Physical Demands Requirement:
- Physical demands required for this role include lift/carry up to 50 pounds and a push/pull force up to 50 pounds
