The Digital Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing the distribution of digital content across various platforms. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to ensure efficient and effective distribution maximizing reach and engagement.
- Develop and implement digital distribution strategies to meet business objectives and customer demand.
- Manage and optimize the online Sales Channels & distribution of digital content across multiple platforms including websites streaming services online marketplace and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing sales and content teams to align distribution efforts with promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with digital distribution policies and regulations.
- Maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to optimize distribution channels.
- Oversee the technical aspects of digital distribution including file formats encoding and delivery methods who can use SEOs PPC Google Analytics to optimize our digital platforms.
- Stay updated on industry & market trends and technological advancements to enhance distribution strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Create and manage ecommerce budgets including advertising and promotion spend.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as marketing sales and product development to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and issues related to online orders escalating as necessary.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital distribution or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of digital distribution platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content management systems.
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or a related field.
