Job Description
To be of service in a friendly courteous helpful timely and professional manner. To prepare beverages for guests and servers following SMI recipes and guidelines for preparation presentation and accountability in a cost efficient manner. To ensure compliance with all liquor laws in the preparation serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the restaurant
- Exceed guest expectations
- Prepare beverages following SMI recipes and guidelines for preparation
- Interact with guests in away that makes them feel special
- Comply with liquor laws
- Maintain accountability both personal and financial
- Control bar costs
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar
- Control cost and waste in the work area
- Close out paper work
Hourly Rate of $20.50
Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. - Must have minimum one year of restaurant experience and two years customer service experience
- Must have friendly helpful engaging manner.
- Food Handlers Card preferred
