Civil Engineering Project Manager

Are you ready to take your career to the next level Within Transportation business area our Civil Engineering Discipline in Spain is seeking an experienced Project Manager and/or Design Manager to join our dynamic team in Madrid. We work with both private and public sectors and have longterm Framework Agreements with several global corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage international projects through all phases from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders leading meetings and ensuring seamless communication.
• Work closely with design managers to ensure project alignment.
• Control project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and enhance Project Performance reports and dashboards using Earned Value techniques.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve financial and business reports for Continental Europe.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• Masters or Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 1012 years in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years in Project Management or Design Management.
• Skills: Excellent communication critical thinking analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Language: Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Commitment: Proven dedication to Quality Control Policy and Quality Management Systems.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to lead teams effectively.
• Flexibility: Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
• Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment and meeting tight deadlines.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel Power BI and MS Office (PowerPoint and Word).
• Experience working with design teams across different countries.
