Job Description
Lead and manage a team of software validation to ensure timely delivery of highquality projects within planned resource
Collaborate with stakeholders local and global to define project requirements and objectives
Plan and prioritize project tasks assign responsibilities and track progress
Conduct Test process review spotcheck go to gamba activity project test daily review
Identify risks and resolve technical challenges
Follow V&V true north target tracking the automation KPI realization in resp. customer projects
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing efficiency best practices
Mentor team members provide technical guidance and support their professional growth
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity and excellence
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Automotiveelectronic Computer Science Engineering or related field
Proven experience (>5 years) in software validation and with(>3 years) in a leadership role of automotive industry relevant products
Deep understanding of software V&V methodologies tools and processes
Familiarity with DevOps practices continuous integration/continuous Testing (CI/CT) pipelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
Experience with Agile development practices and project management tools
Ability to make strategic decisions prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
