Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will be key in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative your primary responsibilities will include:

Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone email or chat providing accurate information and solutions.

Assisting customers with productrelated questions order status and troubleshooting issues ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions transactions and feedback in our customer management system.

Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments while following up to ensure resolution.

Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Conducting surveys and gathering feedback to understand customer needs and preferences using this information to suggest improvements.

Staying informed about product updates promotions and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Qualifications:
