HR Function Senior Specialist reporting to Group Chief People Officer :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations Lead to join our growing HR team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the continuous improvement and optimization of our HR business processes. You will play a key role in designing implementing and maintaining efficient and effective HR service delivery models that enhance the employee experience and support our business objectives.
Process Optimization :
- Analyze existing HR processes to identify pain points bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement streamlined and standardized processes across the HR function (e.g. onboarding performance management compensation learning offboarding).
- Leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy of HR operations.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation and workflows.
Project Management :
- Lead and manage HR projects related to process improvement initiatives.
- Develop project plans timelines and budgets.
- Track progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project updates and outcomes.
Technology & Systems :
- Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions to support process automation and data analytics.
- Manage and maintain HR systems (Workday Udemy Business ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide training and support to employees on HR systems and tools.
Data Analysis & Reporting :
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends measure process effectiveness and provide insights to support decisionmaking.
- Develop and generate regular reports on key HR metrics and KPIs.
- Present datadriven recommendations to HR leadership for process improvements.
Compliance & Risk Management :
- Ensure HR processes are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to HR operations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- MSc in Business Economics Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in operations with a focus on process improvement.
- Proven experience in process mapping analysis and redesign.
- Experience with HR technology solutions
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory. A third language is a plus
