This pivotal role involves leading the endtoend sales and business development strategy for a diverse range of clients including issuers acquirers sellers fintech companies conglomerates and other partners. Qualifications :
What you will need:
Over 15 years of sales experience with demonstrated ability to lead sales and account management teams to deepen and expand client relationships.
Proven track record in managing complex commercial partnerships ideally within the payments financial services digital or fintech sectors.
Strong understanding of various payment schemes and networks understanding their operations and regulatory requirements
Deep understanding of the financial seller and digital ecosystem in Indonesia with a customercentric approach to navigating this landscape.
Growth mindset and customer obsession a relentless focus on understanding and meeting customer needs always working backwards from the customer to provide solutions to meet or exceed expectations.
Strategic analytical thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and inspires the team to reach new heights a true change agent.
Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams including product marketing and client success team to drive cohesive strategies.
Outstanding executive communication skills serving as a spokesperson for fintech innovation and strategic partnerships within Visa and across the industry.

Understanding of the technical aspects of digital payment solutions to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
Familiarity with Visas adoption of Gen AI in the context of digital payments use cases to effectively communicate their benefits to clients and stay ahead of industry trends
Projects you will be a part of:
As the Sr. Director Head of Clients for Visa Indonesia you will spearhead the implementation of our sales culture aligning client needs with Visas longterm strategic priorities and FY25 actions.
For Consumer Payments you will drive initiatives to expand Visas credit and debit solutions enhancing digital payment adoption among Indonesians and increasing market penetration
In the Commercial & Money Movement Solutions space you will lead projects aimed at deepening B2B spend penetration such as expanding the acceptance footprint for commercial cards and facilitating seamless money movement for our clients using Visa Direct
For ValueAdded Services you will focus on growing Visas portfolio of issuerfocused solutions and broadening the adoption of Risk & Identity suites. By addressing specific client pain points with tailored VAS Sales Plays you will enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth positioning Visa as a leading technology payment company in Indonesia. You will be supported by VAS and CMS specialists Visa Consulting & Analytics Marketing and other teams to ensure the successful execution of these initiatives. Lets collaborate to empower Indonesian FIs and nonFIs making a significant impact on the payments landscape in Indonesia.
