Job Description
As Critical Wireless Communication PM you are responsible for implementing developing supervising technical solutions for mission critical wireless communications (Tetra DRM 5G MF HF WBHF...).
Job description :
- Validate and confirm clean orders.
- Report directly to Area Director BU Technology Critical Wireless Communications
- Agree on project execution methodology scope and planning and timing with customers.
- Ensure VCA compliance and safety followup.
- Create overall project plans and document projects in supporting systems.
- Ensure project safety followup.
- Order necessary equipment and services.
- Identification and management of all internal and external stakeholders
- Update financial timing and quality aspects of the budget.
- Timely escalation if needed to management
- Adequate change management.
- First full invoice preparation.
- Organize and lead operational project status and steerco meetings.
- Document RAG status obtained from customers for to guarantee the Quality Timing Planning Scope and Budget of the project.
- Conduct project closure meetings with customers and document project acceptance
- Provide asbuilt documentation.
- Organize handover sessions with CSM and OPS.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent with additional studies or project experience.
- Technical knowledge of ICT and Physical Security (recommended).
- 68 years of experience in managing projects with a budget over 1M EUR.
- Proficiency in English French and/or Dutch.
- Proficiency in standard office tools (Word Excel MS Project Powerpoint)
- ITIL V3 or ITIL4 foundation certification/knowledge
- PRINCE2 Foundation or PMP certification.
- Knowledge of safety risks and preventative measures (VCAFULLVOL).
- Valid VOLVCA certification (Safety for Operational Supervisors)
- People manager (manage of a project team)
