Job Description

Summary of Position

Performs corporate development and licensing in a combined role Identifies investigates evaluates and negotiates acquisitions/divestitures licensing opportunities and strategic business alliances that are in line with the organizations longrange goals Conducts financial feasibility studies and appropriate due diligence to ensure the reliability of the information provided by third parties Develops proposals for new business and licensing opportunities in both new and existing markets Identifies analyzes and compares alternative opportunities for entering new markets and adopting new technologies.

  • Conduct thorough research and outreach to connect with the key decisionmakers in businesses.
  • Responsible for closing new accounts and forging successful partnerships.
  • Demonstrate a salesoriented mindset and resourcefulness to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal support functions to ensure that every successful partnership launched on the platform meets all processing requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and sales organizing information systematically.
  • Possesses strong skills in objection handling persuasion creating urgency and operating in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excel in problemsolving consistently striving to provide solutions aligned with company offerings.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed KPI targets set by the company.

What do you bring to the table

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in field sales or business development roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a salesdriven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and resultsoriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and software.
  • Experience in conducting market research and identifying potential leads.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities.
