Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and agile Business Performance Sr. Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate shall be a rockstar in terms of analyzing complex data uncovering strategic insights devising relevant processes and solutions and developing worldclass presentations for peers as well as senior leadership.
This role will report into the Sr. Manager of Performance and Special Projects and will involve coordinating with multiple business functions working with financial operational and commercial data in order to assist the team and senior stakeholders to make highly informed decisions. In addition this role will heavily interface with crossfunctional and regional teams to ensure successful execution of projects through datadriven decisionmaking to improve profitability streamline operations and enhance the customer and partner experiences.
Whats on Your Plate
Analyze data from various sources to identify trends patterns and insights related to business performance. Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to develop strategic insights and recommendations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop recommendations to improve business performance. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs identify trends and areas for improvement and develop recommendations to achieve business goals.
Develop manage & monitor project scope timelines and objectives; coordinate internal resources for successful execution & effectively communicate expectations across functions and to all relevant stakeholders
Analyze market trends competitive landscapes and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop tactics to optimize talabats product offerings..
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and provide analytical support for special projects as required.
Analyze and measure the growth of our subscription business with a particular focus on financial performance/ P&L. Utilize data analytics and customer insights to enhance our product & increase retention rates. Work with other functions to develop forecasts for customer acquisition churn contribution and profitability
Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations reports and dashboards for senior management. Develop visually appealing and easytounderstand presentations to communicate complex information.
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics Business or Engineering (MBA is a plus)
5 years of professional experience within the food delivery ecommerce or management consulting industries (Past experience in subscriptionfocused business is a plus)
Expertise with data tools: SQL Big Query Looker Data Studio Tableau.
Strong finance acumen; experience in P&L analysis financial modeling unit economics budgeting & forecasting business impact analysis
Strong analytical & problemsolving skills with the ability to frame / structure problems & synthesize complex data into meaningful & actionable insights.
Proven experience in stakeholder management relationship management or similar roles within the food tech industry or related sectors.
Extensive experience with PowerPoint and Excel And/ Or Google Slides/ Sheets.
Experience working closely with crossfunctional teams is a plus
