On this journey you will report to Manager Workplace
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Prepare reports presentations and documents as required.
- Assist in office management tasks and vendor coordination.
- Maintain data and track important documents using MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Provide support in day to day activities to ensure smooth facility management.
Qualifications :
Your role in this journey requires the following:
- The incumbent must have minimum 2 years of experience in similar role.
- A graduation degree from a reputable institution.
- Proven expertise in Excel (Vlookup/dashboard) Power BI and Google workspace.
