- Collect and document feedback from customers regarding their experiences.

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic analytical skills to assess feedback and suggest improvements.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace Application.

- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement changes based on customer feedback.
- Contribute to reports summarizing customer insights and suggested actions for improvement.
- Fluency in Burmese & Conversational English
