Legal Counsel- Labor Law all genders

We are on the lookout for a Legal Counsel Collective Labour Law/ Labour Relations (all genders) to join the Central Legal Department on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In this role 

• You will work closely with the Employee Relations team advising the HR department and Delivery Heros leadership on all matters related to collective labor law acting as a point of contact and reliable business partner.

• You will support interdisciplinary projects such as negotiating and drafting works council agreements developing internal company guidelines in collaboration with the works council and establishing processes around working with the works council and its respective committees.

• You will deliver training on collective labor law within the company and prepare the relevant materials.

• You will independently handle issues related to collective labor law working crossfunctionally with other departments such as our Data Privacy team and the HR department.

• You will coordinate labor law consulting with external law firms.

• You will keep track of legislative changes and political initiatives in labor law and related fields working with our Public Policy team to protect our regulatory interests.

Qualifications :

• You have successfully completed both state law exams.

• You already have experience in collective labor law and in collaborating with a German works council either as inhouse counsel in a large international company (preferably in the tech industry) or through work in a reputable law firm (24 years).

• A specialization as a certified labor law attorney would be advantageous.

• You are fluent in both spoken and written English (our company language is English).

• You communicate clearly efficiently and appropriately for your audience both verbally and in writing.

• You are a true team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Your exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities enable you to resolve complex tasks in a legally accurate pragmatic timely and businessoriented manner.

• You are creative (think outside the box) and resilient.

• You work independently are selforganized and highly committed.
