Responsible for monitoring and processing of grocery orders including the coordination of the deliveries with the Logistics riders and initiating a refund for any returns of purchased goods.

Whats On Your Plate

Accurately select groceries ordered online by customers ensuring the highest quality products
Recommend substitute products for customers if the ordered item is unavailable
Select scan and pack products carefully and coordinate the delivery with the rider.
Monitor fail rate and attend customer complaints
Process refund requests
Coordinate all the operations issue to the Team Lead vendor promptly
Ensure on time completion of orders
