- Manage CLM Procurement Process: Oversee endtoend contract management ensure policy compliance and verify that all contracts meet approval standards.
- R2R Process Accountability: Execute R2R activities including data reconciliation reclassification of financial entries and reporting to maintain accurate financial records.
- Financial Verification and Validation: Review and verify figures to ensure accurate reporting validating data for compliance and completeness.
- Cost Analysis and Control: Conduct cost analyses to manage project budgets effectively and control costs within allocated budgets.
- SAP Operations: Utilize SAP software for financial tracking data validation and contract administration to support R2R and CLM activities.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and complete accurate reports within set timelines ensuring internal and external standards compliance.
What do you bring to the table
- Bachelors degree with intermediate English proficiency enabling effective communication and collaboration.
- Skilled in managing costs and negotiating terms to maximize budget efficiency.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data solve financial issues and make informed decisions.
- Experienced in Excel SAP and accounting software ensuring accuracy and streamlined processes.
