Houseman

Oaks Hotels Resorts and Suites is excited to expand its housekeeping team and is now hiring for several fulltime positions!

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Houseman to join our team. As a Houseman you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness organization and smooth functioning of the property.

About the Role:

• Support housekeeping teams assist with the management of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for guests and residents.
• Monitor inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor. Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries of supplies.
• Build strong professional relationships with fellow staff members guests and contractor personnel to support a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist with general cleaning duties including sweeping mopping dusting and trash removal. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in common areas hallways and restrooms.

Hourly Pay Rates (excluding super): 

Monday Friday: $24.19 per hour 

Saturday: $30.13 per hour 

Sunday: $36.15 per hour

Qualifications :

• Physical fitness and stamina with the ability to handle repetitive tasks such as bending lifting and standing for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests team members and contractors
• Positive attitude team spirit and a strong work ethic
• Reliable punctual and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays as required
