We are seeking hardworking and reliable Casual Laborers to join our team in Gaborone Botswana. As a Casual Laborer you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects and tasks across our operations. • Perform a wide range of manual labor tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Assist in loading and unloading materials equipment and supplies
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
• Adapt to changing work assignments and priorities as needed
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly

Qualifications :

• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Flexibility to work in various environments and adapt to changing tasks
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a work environment
• Ability to work in Gaborone Botswana
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Prior experience in manual labor (preferred but not required)
