Guest Relation Agent- Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel

The Guest Relation Agent will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized experience to guests ensuring a warm welcome effective communication and flawless assistance throughout their stay. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests in a luxury setting anticipating their needs and resolving any issues to ensure maximum satisfaction. 

The key responsibilities for this position are:

• Welcome guests upon arrival ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. 
• Manage checkins and checkouts with courtesy accuracy and efficiency. 
• Provide detailed information about hotel services local activities and attractions. 
• Listen to and anticipate guest needs delivering tailored solutions promptly. 
• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping F&B Spa etc.) to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled. 
• Handle complaints professionally offering quick and effective resolutions. 
• Ensure every guest receives personalized service recognizing VIPs and repeat visitors. 
• Monitor guest feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of services. 
• Support the Front Office team during peak times as needed. 

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a similar role preferably in luxury hospitality. 
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. 
• Strong guestfocused approach attention to detail and problemsolving skills. 
• Professional appearance and demeanor. 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team maintaining a positive attitude at all times. 
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
