Job Description
As our In Room Dining Supervisor you are responsible for supervising the In Room Dining department and overseeing all the aspects of the daily operation. This department is part of our Grand Caf Krasnapolsky. Therefore when they need an extra helping hand in one of the other F&B outlets you are there to support your colleagues. You motivate and encourage all In Room Dining employees and ensure that the service they deliver is in line with the Anantara service standards and In Room Dining SOPs. Here you contribute in many ways to giving our hotel guests a memorable experience.
Qualifications :
- Professional knowledge and experience in the F&B department In Room Dining experience is a plus.
- A natural host(ess) with a passion for hospitality
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Motivation to convey a smile on the face of each guest
- Ability to keep your head cool in busy situations
- Experience in motivating a team and a real team player mentality
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language Dutch is a plus.
